Does bad luck always follow good?
Morris and Jean have been playing the Lottery for years without success. When they win two million pounds they can't believe their luck ... but it changes their lives for ever.
The question is - is it for the better or worse?
Their marriage starts to fall apart, as do their relationships with other members of the family. Things go from bad to worse when Morris decides to run away to Holland with an old flame.
But Jean keeps on playing ... and winning!
